"Alma Mater First and Theta Chi for Alma Mater"
-The Maxim of Theta Chi

Ultimately, the main reason you are attending Georgia Tech is to receive an education not found anywhere else in the south. Georgia Tech is most famous for its world-renowned engineering program, and that is what most brothers are studying to be: a helluva engineer. Theta Chi never loses sight of this. We provide our members with the environment and encouragement to excel academically evidenced by the Maxim of Theta Chi: "Alma Mater First and Theta Chi for Alma Mater." Our chapter consistently ranks above the all-Greek men's GPA, and currently has two brothers on the Interfraternity Council's Scholarship Committee. Theta Chi boasts numerous Dean's List and President's List award winners each semester. We have a house library (pictured below) along with a scholarship program that rewards good academics. With many of our members pursuing graduate degrees, academics is an area that we pride ourselves in, and we make every effort to recruit new members to carry on our academic excellence.
